The new Alien prequel, Prometheus, has captured Charlize Theron, officially. This stunning South African star is well-known for her work in Aeon Flux, Monster, The Devil’s Advocate, and Hancock. This sexy actress has even won an Oscar for her acting.
In Prometheus she will be side-by-side with Noomi Rapace, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and Michael Fassbender, X-Men. None other than Ridley Scott is directing and he is glad that the movie has taken on a life of its own in a different way than Alien. The gratitude for this metamorphosis is due to script writer Damon Lindelof and Jon Spaihts.
Fassbender gave MTV an interview revealing his perspective, “There is no denying the connection with the previous Alien work and you know it is all part of something bigger. When I read the script I was wondering where could it go so it wasn’t just another Alien movie. While this one is quite similar to the rest, it has a kind of build up of intelligence through the first two-thirds that gets you primed for the real heart stopping action.”
The beauty of Prometheus is that the beautiful Theron has now signed on. This is one movie you won’t want to miss.
