Several months ago, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife threatened the actor, Comedy Central and the guests who were set to roast him with a law suit if they so much as mentioned her name during the program. Brooke Mueller made it quite clear, she was not to be the butt of ANY jokes or innuendo and that Comedy Central was not to air anything detrimental or they would face her wrath. Not to worry, it doesn’t really matter what was aired at Sheen’s roast, Brooke seems to be doing quite well at poking the finger at herself.
Not only has she relapsed again, she is obviously doing it with a little aggression involved. Her recent escapade stems from an altercation on December 2nd, 2011 where Mueller was arrested with somewhere near 4 grams of cocaine on her person. The penalty can range from 18 months to 6 years depending on the exact weight. She is being listed as a first time offender which may get her no jail time, but several months probation. Either way, she could still retain a felony drug charge with intent to distribute on her record. To top it off, on the same night she was arrested for the drug charge, she was also charged with assault that resulted in body injury. According to reports, Mueller attacked a woman and the ensuing fight led to the other woman receiving unknown bodily injuries.
Instead of hounding Comedy Central, Mueller may want to be monitoring her own actions. Last spring, Charlie Sheen attempted to gain emergency custody of the twin boys he has with Mueller. The court allowed Mueller to retain custody of the twins, but if the situation presents itself again, this time she may not be so lucky. Depending on how much cocaine she actually had, the resulting charges will not be conducive to her keeping custody of her children.
