What should I hand out to the kids for Halloween? Apparently peanuts are a no-no!

Gummy candy or cotton candy or candy apples
Peanut Free Chocolate Granolas
candy
to the older kids who are rude about trick or treating you should give onions disguised as candy apples
cans of pop was always my fav to get!
chips
fruit snacks or petzels
No candies, choco or chips. I stopped handing them out a few years ago figured that they don’t do those kids good anyway. Try something different like small packs of health/nutrition bars, cereal, crackers, etc. I’ll be handing out mini natural cereal packs on this year’s Halloween. That is, before scaring them with my Pennywise (The Clown) look: Kids: “Trick or treat!” Me: “Aren’t you going to say ‘hello’?” hehe.
The only way to go is the mini candy bars…
Movies – you’ll be the talk of yhe town ! LOL
You should hand out home made mounds bars.

Depending on how many kids you usually get, a loonie or a toonie might be a good idea.
Reese’s…
Since you can’t put discipline and manners in a little wrapper, do what I do: Turn off all the lights, find a couple of scary movies to watch and eat all the candy yourself. Let their parents buy them candy, besides I sleep well at night knowing that the belly ache they will have in the morning isn’t because of anything I did.
