How to Enter
1.The contest runs from August 20,2012- 9:00 a.m. (ET) to September 30, 2012- 5:00 p.m. (ET)
2. To enter the "FITNESS GIVEAWAY" for a chance to win the prize, you must fill out the contest entry form on the contest organizers' website during the contest period. To complete the form, click the "FITNESS GIVEAWAY" hyperlink. Enter the required information, then, click "Submit" to submit your entry form no later than September 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. (ET). A message will appear on the screen confirming your entry.

Eligibility
4. Must be 18 years or older to enter.
5. No purchase is required to enter.
6. Entrants must respect the following eligibility limitations, failing which they may be disqualified:
One (1) entry per person per valid email address during the contest period
Only (1) email address per person during the contest period
Contest open to United States, Canada and International Regions void where prohibited.

Draw
9. On September 30,2012 - 5:00 p.m. (ET) at the iNetVideo office, 10 entries will be drawn from among all the entries registered during the Contest Period.
General Conditions
10. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must
· Be reached by e-mail by the contest organizers within ten (10) days of the random draw.
· A skill-testing question must be correctly answered to be named a winner.
11. Within ten (10) days of being chosen, the contest organizers will send an e-mail to the winner to inform him/her of how to claim the prize.
12. The odds of an entry being selected at random depend on the number of entries registered during the contest period.


Prize
13. There will be 10 prizes awarded. Each specific prize will be drawn at random

14. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person or to cancel any entry of any person who enters or attempts to enter the contest by any means contrary to these rules or unfair to other entrants.
15. If, for reasons not related to the winner, the contest organizers are unable to award the prize as described in these rules, they reserve the right to award a similar prize of equal value or, at their sole discretion, the cash value of the prize indicated in these rules.
16. By entering this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizers and their representatives to use, if required, his/her name, photograph, likeness, statement regarding the prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising purposes without any compensation whatsoever. The winner agrees to sign a release form containing a statement to this effect.
17. By entering this contest, entrants acknowledge that the contest organizers will collect their personal information. All contest entries received become the property of the contest organizers.
18. The name of the official contest winners will be posted on the contest website.
19. By entering the contest, entrants agree to comply with these contest rules and all decisions made by the contest organizers, which shall be considered final.
20. Contest winners are responsible for paying any and all taxes on contest winnings.
